First Course:

  • Roasted Butternut Squash Soup

    • Creamy and velvety butternut squash soup, enhanced with a hint of nutmeg and maple syrup. Garnished with toasted pumpkin seeds and a drizzle of herb infused oil.

Second Course:

  • Beet and Apple Salad

    • A refreshing salad of roasted Ontario beets, crisp apples, and mixed greens, tossed with a tangy apple cider vinaigrette and topped with goat cheese crumbles and toasted almonds

Main Course:

  • Slow-Cooked Ontario Beef Short Ribs
