Some nights linger in the soul long after they end. Passion Privata is one of those nights—a gathering of kindred spirits where passion takes center stage.
In the warmth of The Joyful Estate, Executive Chef Ang (@con.pepe_) will take us on a journey through European flavors, each dish crafted with artistry and intention. Natalie Allison (@nataliesllisonmusic) will weave stories through song, her melodies filling the room like whispered secrets. And with every sip, Chef Roza’s cocktails will dance on the palate, adding their own poetry to the evening.
This is more than a supper club. It’s an invitation to slow down, savor, and be present in a space where creativity flows freely. A place where food, music, and artistry come together in perfect harmony.
The table is set, the music will play, and passion will be shared in its purest form. As a supper club member, you’re invited to this exclusive evening on March 15th from 6-11 PM at The Joyful Estate. A five-course tasting menu, an opening and closing cocktail, and a night of connection await.

Opening Cocktail: High Horse
Toast
Delight in the perfect harmony of sourdough focaccia topped with creamy whipped ricotta, drizzled with black seed honey, and finished with the sweetness of fig.
Leeks
A celebration of flavor with roasted leeks atop a silky tofu purée, complemented by vibrant green romesco, crushed pistachio, and a drizzle of leek oil.
Polenta
Crispy polenta served with a medley of fried herbs, bitter-sweet radicchio, and a bold bravas sauce for a satisfying bite.
Main
Succulent duck breast paired with a fragrant “Pho” jus, vibrant Chinese broccoli (Gai Lan), and layers of indulgent potato pavé.
Cream Puff
A decadent finale featuring a coffee hazelnut praline cream puff encased in delicate craquelin for a delightful crunch.
